1 lb beef stew meat
▢
1 box beef bone broth
▢
1 medium onion, sliced
▢
1 tablespoon minced garlic
▢
1 can stewed tomatoes with Italian seasoning
▢
1 tbsp soy sauce
▢
1 1/2 tbsp Weber Chicago Steak seasoning
▢
1 package tortellini
Instructions
Heat a large pot on medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add stew meat and sear well, continuing to cook about 8-10 minutes
Add in sliced onions and saute with stew meat until softened. Add garlic and saute another minute.
Pour bone broth and canned tomatoes, soy sauce, and seasonings. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours, or until beef is tender.
Add tortellini and simmer 7 minutes.
