- beef stew meat
- beef bone broth
- canned stewed tomatoes with Italian seasonings
- onion and garlic
- tortellini, I use 4 cheese
- soy sauce
- seasonings: I prefer using Weber Chicago steak seasoning

How to make beef stew with pasta?
- Heat a large pot on medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add stew meat and sear well, continuing to cook about 8-10 minutes.
- Next, add in sliced onions and saute with stew meat until softened. Then garlic and saute another minute.
- Pour bone broth and canned tomatoes, soy sauce, and seasonings. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Add tortellini and simmer 7 minutes.
